An adult male came to our clinic with the complaint of severe pain and recurrent  swelling in gums for past 1 year. He was having  food accumulation, gum infection, bad breath and not able to chew food properly because of his denture. After clinical and radiographic examination the treatment plan was removal of his remaining damaged teeth and to restore his smile and chewing with immediate loading basal implants in 3 days.
