An adult male came to our clinic with the complaint of multiple missing teeth in his upper and lower teeth region for past many years. He was not able to chew food and speak properly. After clinical and radiographic examination the treatment plan was restoring his chewing and speech with immediate loading basal implants and to give fixed teeth.
