An old male came to our clinic with the complaint of multiple missing and mobile teeth in his upper and lower teeth region. He was not able to chew food completely and he was not confident with his smile. After clinical and radiological  examination  patient was explained about the permanent solution for his missing teeth. The  treatment plan was replacing his damaged and missing teeth with immediate loading strategic implants and to give fixed teeth in 3 days.
