An adult male came to our clinic with the complaint of multiple missing and mobile teeth in his upper and lower teeth region. He was not able to chew food properly and wants to replace the teeth. After clinical and radiographic examination the treatment plan was removing the remaining mobile teeth and replacement with immediate loading basal implants.
