An old male patient came to our clinic with the complaint of missing upper teeth. He was wearing removable denture in upper jaw for  many years and was not comfortable in chewing and  appearance with removable denture. After clinical and radiological examination the treatment plan was replacement of upper missing teeth with basal dental implants.
