An adult male came to our clinic with the complaint of missing teeth in his upper front tooth region. He lost his teeth in childhood trauma. He was not able to speak and smile confidently. After clinical and radiographic examination the treatment plan was replacing his missing teeth with immediate loading basal implants. 2 implants placed and provisional fixed teeth given on same day.
