An old male came to our clinic with the complaint of missing teeth in his lower front and back tooth region. He was wearing removable denture for many years for his missing  teeth. His denture was ill fitting and he was not able to chew food and speak properly. After clinical and radiographic examination the treatment plan was replacing his lower front missing teeth with immediate loading basal implants.
