An adult male came to our clinic with the complaint of multiple missing teeth in his upper and lower tooth region. He was wearing removable denture for both upper and lower missing teeth. He was not able to smile and speak confidently with his loose and shaking denture. After clinical and radiographic examination the treatment plan was replacing his missing teeth with immediate loading basal implants  and to give fixed teeth in just 3 days.
