An old female came to our clinic with the complaint of multiple missing teeth in her upper and lower teeth region and unesthetic smile. She was having difficulty in speaking and was not able to chew food properly. After clinical and radiographic examination the treatment plan was removing remaining damaged teeth and immediate replacement with basal implants.
