An old female came to our clinic with the complaint of multilple missing and mobile teeth  in her upper and lower teeth region. She was unable to chew food efficiently and felt that smile was unesthetic. After clinical and radiological examination the treatment plan was extraction of all teeth and immediate replacement with dental implants.
