A young female came to our clinic with the complaint of missing upper front teeth and unesthetic smile. she lost her teeth in trauma and not able to smile confidently because of her missing teeth. After clinical and radiological examination the treatment plan  decided as replacing upper missing front teeth with basal dental implants. Provisional teeth given initially and patient got her confident smile back.
