An old male came to our clinic with the complaint of multiple missing teeth and root stumps in his upper and lower teeth region. He felt the smile is unesthetic and not able to chew food properly. After clinical and radiographic examination the treatment plan was extraction of infected root stumps and mobile teeth and immediate replacement with strategic basal implants. Provisional acrylic teeth given immediately after the 3rd day of implantation. He got fixed teeth winthin 3 days with strategic Basal implants.
