An adult male came to our clinic with the complaint of multiple missing and mobile tooth in his upper and lower teeth region. He was having difficulty in chewing and wants fixed teeth for his missing teeth. After clinical and radiographic examination the treatment plan was replacing his mobile and missing teeth  with immediate loading basal implants and to give fixed provisional teeth in 3 days.
