An old male came to our clinic with the complaint of  shaking of bridge in his upper and lower teeth region. He was having difficulty in chewing and food accumulation with that multiple bridges. After clinical and radiological examination the treatment plan was removal of mobile bridges and replacement with immediate loading dental implants.
