An adult male came to our clinic with the complaint of multiple mobile and missing teeth . He was having difficulty in chewing and wants to smile and speak confidently.

                                      After clinical and radiographic examination the treatment plan was removing his damaged shaking teeth and replacement with immediate loading strategic basal implants  and to give fixed teeth in 3 days.
